IBT Global was the world's first all digital book manufacturer, established in 1991. Our mission is to provide publishers with an economical means of producing medium to ultra short runs of books. Our technology has evolved to the point where we can efficiently produce a first printing of up to 1500 copies, and subsequent reprints all the way down to an on-demand product. Since 1999, IBT has been doing simultaneous printing in our London plant, so publishers no longer need to ship books via container ship. For one economical price, files are sent across the Atlantic, and books can be printed closer to the end user. Over 250 publishers on two continents have joined with us to control inventory, and change the way books are published.
