MEALS/RECEPTIONS

  • Pre-Conference registration fee includes a continental breakfast and luncheon.
  • Conference registration fee includes opening reception at The Mayflower Hotel (Wednesday, Feb 1st), PSP Annual Awards Luncheon & Evening Reception (Thursday, Feb 2nd), and all continental breakfasts and luncheons.

LIMITED HOTEL SPACE AVAILABLE - REGISTER EARLY!!
The Renaissance Mayflower Hotel is holding a block of rooms at a special reduced rate of $255.00 per night if you reserve your accommodations BEFORE JANUARY 10, 2012. Be sure to ask for the “PSP Annual Conference 2012 room block” when contacting the hotel at 1-800-468-3571 or 202-347-3000. (Guest rooms are available for check-in after 3:00 pm. Check out is requested by 12:00 pm.)

AAP MEMBER REGISTRATION FEES
Registration fees are based on your organizations membership status with AAP. Your membership must be current to receive the member registration rates. To see if your organization is a member of AAP please visit: http://www.publishers.org

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNTS
Registration forms submitted via mail must be postmarked on or before December 31st, 2011 to receive the early bird discount. Registrations submitted via fax or email must be sent on or before December 31st, 2011 to receive the early bird discount.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Full refund for cancellations on/before January 10th, 2012. NO REFUND FOR CANCELLATIONS AFTER JANUARY 10th, 2012. Refunds will not be made for no-shows. In the unlikely event of conference cancellation, the AAP/PSP is not responsible for any costs, damages or other expenses of any kind including, without limitation, transportation and/or hotel costs incurred by registrant. Speakers subject to change without notice.

Registration confirmation will be sent via email to all registrants within 10 working days.
