The primary goals of the PSP/AMPC are to educate, advocate, engage in outreach and philanthropy and frame issues of relevance to medical publishers, including promoting a positive image of scientific and medical publishing.

    • AMPC Leads Medical Book Donation Drive
      The American Medicine Publishers Committee (AMPC) is organizing a book donation drive in November and December 2006. AMPC is allying with the non-profit group, Brothers' Brother Foundation (www.brothersbrother.org) which is expert at delivering medical books to needy parts of the world – swiftly and successfully. Your tax deductible donations made during this drive will be delivered to the neediest countries in Africa: Ghana, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Tanzania, Sudan, and Zambia.
