Instructions for Medical Book Donation

1. Identify in-print books for donation in the following specialties: pulmonary medicine, GI, cardiology, hematology/oncology, infectious disease, dermatology, rheumatology, endocrinology, neurology, ENT, orthopedics, ophthalmology, urology, cardiothoracic surgery, vascular surgery, neurosurgery, plastic surgery, and maxillofacial surgery, ob/gyn, women's health, HIV/AIDS and nutrition.
2. Send (by email) the list of books in an excel spreadsheet to Carol Taylor (ph: 412-237-2333) of Brothers Brother Foundation at ctaylor@brothersbrother.org. Please be sure your list includes: Qty Available, Author, Title, ISBN, and List Price for each title.
3. Ms. Taylor will review the list with her contacts in-country and respond in one week regarding which titles and quantities are needed, and will return the request list by email to each publisher.
4. Publishers can ship the resulting list of books to Brothers' Brother Foundation at: Brother's Brother Foundation, 1200 Galveston Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15233 where shipments will be consolidated in containers. Once a container is filled it ships by sea to its destination.
5. Brother's Brother Foundation is a 501 C-3 organization which enables donating companies to realize tax deductions valued at 2x the manufacturing cost of each donated book.
