Who Can Join?
Foreign passport holders must bring their student pass, work permit, visit pass, S-pass, or employment pass. Foreign tourists are allowed onboard provided that their stay in Singapore does not exceed 14 days. They are also asked to present a confirmed return air ticket and a multiple journey visa. Those who are in the process of renewing their working permit are not allowed onboard even if they are waiting for collection. Only holders of valid permits are eligible to board. The same holds for foreign nationals whose permits have been cancelled even if they have been issued a letter to stay. Pregnant women are not allowed to board for safety concerns and so are wheelchair bound passengers. Players who need assistance due to a physical impairment will not be embarked for safety reasons. Baby strollers are also not permitted onboard the ship.
Discounts and Concession Rates
Concession rates are offered to senior citizens over the age of 55, with the exception of public holidays and eve of public holidays. Promotional rates are also available for last ferry trips, except for eve of public holidays, Saturday, and Friday. Discounted rates for groups are not available. Passengers are allowed to cancel or change their bookings but a $10 fee applies to confirmed bookings.
